As a demonstration, certain teens were selected to dance in front of the mass like Korean Pops they were then being asked the anxiety responses from body and mind. Through this experiential learning, Teens gained insights on how pressure works in daily lives, as well as the methods of assisting others to overcome them step by step.
According to the post-workshop questionnaire, 94.9% of students agreed that the workshop could help them know more about depression and anxiety, and 90.8% of students were satisfied with the workshop.
