I understand the importance of Positive Psychology
I learn there are different thinking methods: Happiness, Gratitude and Flow
We should think from different aspects when feeling difficulties, and avoid pushing ourselves into dilemma
We should think in positive ways, all problems could be solved
I learn to have gratitude mind, we can become more positive. “Happy” can be shared
I realize emotions can be controlled by ourselves; we should choose to be happy
